What

Free workshops led by world class coaches to bring support, tools and optimism during times of change. Each session will be led by a different coach, followed by QA. Sessions will be recorded. All sessions will be held in English.

For Whom

Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, who have been affected by the war and who could use some help and a community of like-minded people to keep them going. We will accommodate as many people as we can.

When / Where

Weekly, Every Wednesday, 7pm (Kyiv time), 60-75 min, via Zoom, Starts April 20.
We will continue to provide support weekly for the next few months. Please commit to doing the whole curriculum as each session shares new and different extraordinary tools, expertise and inspiration.

Ariane

de Bonvoisin

Ariane writes, coaches and speaks frequently on issues of personal and professional change, entrepreneurship, women in the workplace, health and productivity. She has a Stanford MBA, and was previously the Managing Director of a $500 million digital-media venture fund for Time Warner. She has spoken at some of the most prestigious companies in the world. Her current focus is coaching start up founders and CEO’s across different industries and countries. She is also a published author with Harper Collins.

Joseph is a Doctor of Neuropsychology and one of the most sought after Ultimate Performance Specialists in the industry. Joseph holds several certifications in the neurosciences arena. He taught at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) for seven years and is frequently called upon to lecture at other higher learning institutions like Harvard University and many Fortune 500 companies in the United States as well as across Europe and Australia. Alfie is an experienced startup executive, having advised and scaled startups across Africa and the United States. He has a background in operations and strategy and has worked across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors with companies ranging from early-stage to multinational organizations. Alfie is currently Vice President of Esme Learning Solutions. In this leading EdTech venture, he joined as employee number two and helped scale the business operations and build the team to 200+. He advises startups and corporates on fintech, edtech, and social impact projects. He helped launch and run the online Fintech courses for MIT and Oxford Said Business School. These have been attended by thousands of people in over 130 countries and have been the catalyst for the creation of hundreds of business globally. He has coached startup founders on Redbull’s Amaphiko Academy for Social Entrepreneurs. Marc is a VC investor, coach, and operator with 20+ years of experience at startups and organizations like 2go, Softbank and SONY BMG. He currently heads Endeavor Harvest’s VC Fund and actively invests in startups in Africa and the US in fintech, edtech and health. Marc has experience in VC across the globe, having recently set up and managed VC funds for Investec Bank in South Africa and Israel, and anchoring a NY-based fund set up by ex Softbank investors and the CEO of Twitter. Laura is a partner at Atomico working with growth stage venture founders and teams. She has worked with and invested in global innovators both in the private and public markets, across sectors from the US and Europe to LatAm and Asia. Previously, she was a senior investor at global tech hedge fund Marcho Partners and principal at European venture fund Balderton. Laura started her career at Goldman Sachs, first cross-asset investing in the Investment Management Division and subsequently the Financial Institutions Group in M&A.

Laura undertook neuroscience research in the Brain Sciences Department of Imperial College's Faculty of Medicine. She was a Fulbright Scholar and gained her MBA from Harvard, and she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.

Ian is an internationally recognised expert on purpose-driven business, innovation and entrepreneurship, with 32 years of leadership, marketing and entrepreneurship experience. Ian led the creation and expansion of Red Bull Amaphiko, an international programme aimed at enabling early-stage, community-based social entrepreneurs. He drove the global growth of the programme which ran in 15 countries, including the USA, UK, Brazil & South Africa, and which enabled thousands of early-stage social entrepreneurs. At the beginning of 2020, Ian spun-off the Amaphiko programme into an independent impact venture called FURTHER, using a high performance human development approach to grow a global fellowship of impact-driven entrepreneurs.

Pierre Betouin is an entrepreneur and security expert. Pierre co-founded and lead Sqreen, a cybersecurity company providing an automated SaaS solution to protect web applications with no traffic redirection or code modification. Protecting more than 800 companies, with 85 people, Sqreen was acquired by Datadog in Apr. 2021.Pierre previously spent 9 years at Apple, where he led the team in charge of security assessments for the Internet Services department, hacking products and designing protection.

About Ukrainian Coaching Initiative

Pro Bono expert-led coaching sessions for Ukraine’s business owners aimed at helping navigate their businesses in times of war. The Program is developed and led by Ariane de Bonvoisin together with a team of high performance coaches.

Although none of the coaches are trained in wartime environments or have direct experience in it, as a group they have years of experience in building businesses, investing, and personal development tools to navigate change, crisis & trauma. They will guide the group in building up resilience and help re-create a compelling future.
